A Dutch licensing company will primarily deal with royalties received on behalf of group companies. The client will hold the Intellectual Property rights while Bos Licensing and Marketing will process and administrate the royalty structure, in effect will act then as a royalty conduit for the client where the fiscal benefits offered by the Dutch tax regime can be applied.
